These Terms govern your use of NueZip. By downloading, installing, or using NueZip, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
License and Use
NueZip is provided under the license terms included with each release. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your Mac in accordance with the license terms.
Local-Only Operation
NueZip is a fully offline application. All archive operations are performed locally on your device. No files, metadata, or personal data are transmitted to external servers.
Purchases
A full-feature license is available via one-time purchase through the Mac App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple. NueZip does not handle payment information. Purchase restoration is supported for reinstalls.
User Responsibilities
- Use NueZip lawfully and in compliance with applicable rules.
- Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the app in violation of the license.
- Do not use NueZip to bypass copyright protections or DRM on archives.
Privacy
Please review the Privacy Policy for information about data practices and privacy.
No Warranty
NueZip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the application.
Termination
The rights granted to you terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
